Ecological 12 months in barrel
Grapes selected by Dominio Basconcillos are from more chalky soils plots with ecological and bio-dynamic wine growing methods. Harvest are done by hand in 12 kgs crates. Wine making process are done by gravity in order to keep the maximum organoleptic properties of the wine. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, without commercial yeasts and with temperature control. Malo-lactic 50% barrel, 50% inox. Aging 12 months in new barrel and first fill barrels. Working with lees in barrel, clarification and light filtering before bottling.

Ecological 6 months in barrel
Grapes are sourced from ecological vineyards. Harvest by hand in 12 kgs crates and selection by hand in the reception hall. Wine making process are done by gravity in order to keep the maximum of the organoleptic properties of the wine. Spontaneous alcohol fermentation, without commercial yeasts and with temperature control. Wine are made without clarification, filtering or cold stabilization treatment.
